Bonita BPM 7.3.0 での変更点は次の通りです。

機能および改善点

Bonita Home フォルダの削除

Bonita BPM 7.3.0 から、構成設定を格納していた Bonita Home フォルダがなくなり、すべての構成設定はデータベースに格納されました。
構成設定の管理方法を探すには、プラットフォーム構成設定ページ を参照してください。

ファイルシステムの依存性 （no more shared filesystem） を除去することによって、バンドルの構成設定、およびクラスターデプロイが単純化され、ランタイムデータのホット バックアップが可能になりました。詳細は次のとおりです。

  • 構成設定のためのファイルを少なくする
  • リモートでの構成設定管理が可能（コマンドラインの新管理ツール）
  • デプロイしたプロセスはスクリプトで自動的にレデイ状態になる
  • DBA よってデータベース スキーマの作成を確認可能
  • 最初のエンジン始動前にデータベースが作成できる
  • ログ内の改良されたメッセージがエンジン始動時のエンジンによるチェック結果を説明
  • バックアップがより簡単になる（ファイルシステムとデータベースバックアップの同期はもはや不要）
  • シャットダウンなしにバックアップが可能 （DBMS の能力に依存）

マイグレーション ツール は、この Bonita Home フォルダの削除によって影響を受けます。 詳細については、関連するリリースノートを参照してください。

ユーザー タスク リストの再設計

ユーザーができることは：

    • タスクを効率的に選択し素早く実行するために、次の２つの表示モードを選択可能
      • リストと詳細: リスト内のタスクを選択した際に、送信するためのフォームが右の詳細パネルに表示されるので、リストとフォームを切り替える必要がない
      • ワイドテーブル: タスクリストを大きなテーブル表示することで、タスクの説明、プロセス名などタスクの詳細を表示することが可能。この表示モードでは、選択したタスクのフォームはポップアップで表示される
    • フォーム パネルを任意のサイズに拡張できるオプションを使用し、フォームを拡大表示可能
    • リストの表示される項目を選択可能
    • ページあたりの表示件数を選択可能
    • 案件の収集情報は、「フォーム」タブ横の「案件概況」に結果として表示
    • 案件に関与したユーザーは、「フォーム」タブ横の「コメント」で、その案件に関するコメントをこのタスク リストからダイレクトに交換可能

注意 ： ユーザーの表示設定は、ブラウザのローカルストレージに格納されます。

新しい UI デザイナー ウィジェット

サブスクリップションエディション向けの UI デザイナーの新ウィジェット：

ファイル ビューア

ファイルまたはページやフォーム内のプロセス ドキュメントをプレビューまたはダウンロードする機能が追加されました。

  • この新しいウィジェットを使用して、ドキュメントをモダル ダイアログ ボックス内に表示したり、ページ内にダイレクトに表示可能です。
  • 表示可能なドキュメントは、エンドユーザーのブラウザがサポート可能なドキュメント（通常のブラウザではPDFと画像は可）に制約がある。 表示できないドキュメントは、ダウンロードするように指示されます。

リッチ テキスト エリア

ページやフォーム内で書式設定されたテキストを編集する機能が追加されました。

  • この新しいウィジェットを使用して、HTML 形式でエクスポートされたテキストをe-メールなどと連携するためにエンドユーザーがそのテキストを作成・編集できるリッチ テキスト エリアを追加可能です。
  • テキスト エリアは、HTML テンプレートを使用して充填済みにすることが可能です。
  • エンドユーザーに公開したツールバー オプションは、カスタマイズしたり、 通常の ローカライゼーション メカニズム （localization.json ファイル）を使用してローカライズできます。

UI デザイナーの使い勝手の改善

既存機能に対し次の改善点があります：

  • Studio のコントラクトから生成されたフォームは、基本的なフォームのバリデーション（エラーチェック）がフォームコンテナ内に埋め込まれます。
  • エディタのあらゆる場所で通常の Ctrl-S ショートカットキーを使用し編集内容を保存できます。
  • カスタム ウィジェットとフラグメントは、エディタのパレットとホワイトボード上に自動生成された独自アイコンを持つようになった。カスタム ウィジェットでは、テンプレートにホワイトボードのレンダリング用コードが追加され、それをカスタマイズできます。
  • カスタム ウィジェットとフラグメントをホワイトボード上にドロップしたとき、それぞれのコンテナに新しい独自アイコンが表示されます。
  • カスタム ウィジェット エディタでは、ウィジェット プロパティの追加または編集時にそのプロパティの”短い説明文”と”ツールヒント”を追加できるようになりました。
  • フラグメント エディタでデータを公開した場合、変数パネル内に”（公開）”が示されるようになりました。
  • サブスクリプション エディション: データテーブル ウィジェットにおいて、データ行が１ページ以内に収まる場合は、ページネーションのフッターは削除されます。
  • ホームページ： [作成] をクリックしたとき、現在選択されているタブと同じアーティファクトの種類が自動選択されます。

UI デザイナー 日付ウィジェット（Date Picker） の改善

  • 日付書式のバリデーション（フォームコンテナ内で動作）を伴った日付の手動設定と編集機能
  • 今日の日付を素早く自動で選定する “今日” ボタンの追加機能
  • サブスクリプション エディション: カレンダーを通常の ローカライゼーション メカニズム （localization.json ファイル）を使用してローカライズが可能

その他マイナーな変更

  • Tomcat のデフォルトのログメッセージの改善： 分かりやすく、重複を少なく 、より短い行でコンパクトに表示

制限と既知の問題

  • MacOS 環境： MacOS El Capitan 10.11.4 (March 2016) の新バージョンは、Bonita BPM Studio の起動をブロックする新しいセキュリティ ルールを導入しました。System Preferences→Security & Confidentiality でアプリケーションの起動に関するセキュリティを一時的削除する必要があります。
  • 6.x レガシー フォーム： 新しいユーザータスクリストの右パネルに 6.x レガシー フォームを表示する場合は、何らかの表示上の問題（CSS）が起こる可能性があります。できれば、拡大モード（全画面でタスク リストを表示しフォームをポップアップする方式）を使用するか、ポータルのルック＆フィールを修正し、BonitaForm.html 内のフォームコンテナに対し “min-width” を追加してください。
  • デフォルトのアプリケーション レイアウトは、新しいタスク リストのカスタムページと互換性がありません。
  • サブプロセス内に実行済みのタスクがある場合、ルート プロセス インスタンスの案件概況でそれを見ることはできません。
